Black and white is my favorite fashion trend for Spring 2013. It's easy for me since I'm always wearing black or white when I'm not wearing pink. This white dress actually incorporates two other Spring trends - the peplum and the sheer cutouts. I wasn't sure I would like the peplum trend, but I do. This reminds me of some outfits I had back in the late 80's.
